I graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and also studied painting with Lois Tarlow. For several years I worked as a substitute art teacher in the Newton Public School System as well as taught private classes to young children.

Although I enjoy working in all media, I feel most at home with pen and ink and watercolor. Over the years, I have exhibited my work in several local group shows and was featured in a solo exhibit at the Newtonville Free Library. Being part of the Newton Art Association has been a very rewarding experience. Not only do I get to spend time with many other artists, but I also continually feel inspired by their work.
