Gene Faucher attended the Massachusetts School of Art and spent several years as a theatrical artist. He has studied with prominent artists including Don Stone, Walter Marks, Ray Loos, Bernard Evans, A.J.D. in Cornwall, England, and most recently with watercolorist Frank Webb.

Mr. Faucher is a professional letterer and calligrapher, a commercial artist and an art lecturer. He has exhibited extensively and has received many awards and commissions for his work. He enjoys the use of mixed media, being equally proficient in oils, acrylics and watercolors.

He is a member of the Newton Art Association, the Watertown Art Association, the Lettering Arts Guild of Boston and the Society of Scribes, New York City.
