Marcia Cooper, a resident of Newton MA, is an artist and art teacher. She studied painting at Boston University and at the DeCordova Museum School in Lincoln, MA. She has exhibited her work at the Arnold Arboretum in Boston and at the DeCordova Museum Student Art Show. Her work includes oil and acrylic paintings, in addition to, printmaking and collage design. The focus of her work is based upon her interpretation of landscape, portrait and still life.
