Directions for Submitting Your Listing Info

Artists participating in the Open Studios get an automatic (free!) listing on our website.  But you have to get us the information in a form we can use.  Please email the following information to us at:

images@newtonopenstudios.com

• Your name as you wish it to appear

• Your studio name, if you wish it to be different from your own name

• If you are sharing a studio, indicate this.

• Your Phone Number (if you wish it to be displayed)

• Your email address

• Your Website address (optional)

• A brief description of your art (10~150 characters including spaces)

• A long description of - well, whatever - you, your art, etc - (100~3000 characters including spaces)

• Up to 3 of our official categories (see here for a list) that you wish to be listed under

• Your exact street address (with any special instructions, such as "enter thru rear")

• The nearest cross street

• Your zip code

We reserve the right to reject images and wording for this site and the brochure for any reason and in our sole judgment including but not limited to excessive technical problems and plain old censorship.

Please, please look your listing over before sending it in. Our webmaster is a volunteer and not a free copywriter! Do not ask him “Would you now change this to plural and add that and rephrase this in a nicer way and eliminate line 2 and add this phrase after line 1”
