ARTIST FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS: ($25 late fee for checks and forms received after
December 15, 2003.) We regret that registration may not be accepted and fees
will NOT be refunded after January 2, 2004.
$75 per artist (Includes brochure listing, Website listing and Website page
which will remain up for one year.
