$60 per artist (to be listed in the brochure)
$25 additional for an image in the brochure (optional)
$5 additional for listing on the website, with or without images (optional)

Gallery fees will be as follows:

Since all artists will benefit from the listing and publicity, we are requiring that each artist listed in the brochure pay the same fee ($60).  Galleries must pay a base fee of $60 plus an additional $60 per artist listed.

$60 base fee for gallery listing in the brochure
$60 for each gallery artist listed in the brochure (optional)
$25 additional for each image in the brochure (optional)
$5 additional for gallery listing on the website, with or without images (optional)
$5 additional for each artist listed under gallery on the website, with or without images (optional)

There will be a $15 late charge for any submissions received after December 31, 2002.

Please make checks payable to Newton Open Studios and mail with information sheet and four self-addressed stamped envelopes to: Frances V. Merton, 75 Carl St., Newton, MA 02461.

Your images for the brochure and website will be requested at a later date. Images must be submitted in digital format. Your local camera store can produce a digital format from a slide or print.
